There are multiple ways to contact us…
but, please know we do not have a “regular” front desk at the Platteville location and Dr. Anderson and Natalie are often not able to answer our phones directly during the day. So, please, leave a voicemail, text, or email us if you need to be scheduled. You must leave a voicemail or text in emergency situations. If it is an emergency and you have not heard back from one of us within 15 minutes, call the main clinic at 608-291-0505 for further assistance and instruction and let them know you already tried us directly.
For non-urgent matters, it may take a few business days for Dr. Anderson or Natalie to reach out.
Please be aware that during peak season (March-July), availability is already stretched and wait times can be up to 4-5 weeks, so please plan and schedule ahead whenever possible.
