We would like to get to know you and your horse. Please send previous medical records to us via e-mail at info@countryviewequine.com in addition to filling out our new client form. If you have questions about costs, please request an estimate.

At the Time of Your Appointment
You will meet on of our four veterinarians and one of our Certified Veterinary Technicians. Occasionally we have veterinary or pre-veterinary students who ride along as a part of their education.
Payment is expected at time of service.
After Your Appointment
The invoice and payment receipt will be sent to you via mail or e-mail dependent upon your preference.
